About Peggy
As a Texas Realtor since 2001, my clients have included traditional sellers and buyers, military families, investors, asset companies and distressed property sales. My experience has included both REO and Short Sales, Luxury Home Sales, Hill Country Properties, Golf Course Communities, Acreage Home Sites, Builder Communities, Land and More! As a business owner of a music retail store and school in Boerne, Hearts Home Acoustics, I have both knowledge and experience in the community. My experience in real estate has been both extensive and successful. I know the area and have had great success in my career! My knowledge and experience with REO, Short Sales, Investors, and Distressed Properties gives all my clients an advantage! I enjoy my work and love helping people! My ultimate goal with any client is to meet their needs from day one! I have the knowledge and training to take you from one place to another - whether that involves selling your home or helping you purchase I am trained and experienced in both. I am constantly looking for new creative ways to market my listings or find my buyers just the right home. Each marketing plan is designed especially for that listing as each home is unique!
